After gaining certified professional food manager certificates and training on state of the art Arcobaleno Pasta making equipment in February 2017, owners Kristine Marino and Kevin Chrusciel designed and built a pasta kitchen inside Renninger's Farmers Market in Kutztown, PA where we make all our fresh-cut and filled pasta every week.
Our goal is to produce traditional and unique syles of rustic fresh cut pasta, ravioli, and pierogi for folks to discover and enjoy. All of our ingredients are purchased locally every week and all of our pasta, raviol and pierogi are made fresh weekly, contain no preservatives and are sold only at local independent markets
in Berks & Lehigh Counties.
